Nancy Graban

Nancy Louise Graban, 85, of Peoria, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, surrounded by her family. She was born on July 28, 1939 in Chicago, the daughter of Fred and Violet (Larsen) Hess. Nancy married Daniel A. Graban in 1990. He preceded her in death in 2004. She was also preceded in death by her parents; and by her son, Joseph Michael Zanon.Nancy is survived by her four daughters, Irene (David) Gould, Cathy (Harold) Crane, Patty Zanon (Kevin Jennings), and Dee (Jimmy) Slotowski; four grandchildren, Sarah (Zach) Butler, Megan (Derek) Sparrius, Emma Slotowski, and Matthew Slotowski; two great-grandchildren, Jackson Butler and Ellie Butler; and two step-children, Jeff Graban and Debbie Powers.Nancy loved music, dancing, arts & crafts, and watching the Game Show Network. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grand and great-grandchildren. She was sweet but also feisty and stubborn; and she loved fiercely.

Memorial visitation for Nancy will take place on Saturday, March 1, 2025 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm with a prayer service at 4:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. 60706
