Monserrat C. Defante passed away suddenly surrounded by her loving family October 10, 2012 in Norridge, IL. She is the loving mother of 5 children, cherished grandmother of 10 and great-grandmother of 4. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Jesus and her dearest son AlejandroVisitation Saturday and Sunday from 2:00p.m. until 8:00p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services will begin Monday 8:30 a.m. at the funeral home and proceed to Our Lady Mother of the Church 8747 W. Lawrence Ave., Chicago for Mass 9:30a.m. Interment will follow at Maryhill Cemetery. She was dearly loved and will be sorely missed by us all.
