Mieczyslaw ‘Mitch’ Jewula, 81, passed away October 2, 2019. Beloved husband of the late Stanislawa. Loving father of Mary (the late John) Goodrich, Caroline (Chris) Adams, and Chris (Anita) Jewula. Loving Dziadziu of Elizabeth, Kasia, Barbara, and Nicole. Dear brother of six. Fond uncle and great uncle of many. Godfather of Jerry and Margie. Beloved friend, coworker, and colleague to many. Dedicated employee at St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital for 50 years. Visitation will be Sunday, October 6, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge. Funeral will begin on Monday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home, then proceed to St. John Brebeuf Catholic Church, Niles, for Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
