Michal Kubiak, age 43, passed away unexpectedly at his home on January 8, 2022. Michal was the beloved husband of Danuta Wojcik for 14 wonderful years; loving father of Victoria and Adrian Kubiak and Anetta Zietek; dearest son of Grazyna and the late Czeslaw Kubiak; cherished grandfather of Anabella and Damian; dear brother of Dominik (Kamila) Kubiak. Visitation Wednesday, January 12, 2022, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, at the funeral home, and then proceed to St. Gertrude Church in Franklin Park for Mass at 10:30 a.m. The interment will be private.
