Michael Ilario Ponticelli, 84, US Army Veteran; Beloved husband of Margaret nee Hippler; Cherished father of Melissa (Nick) Cascella and Frank (Kristine) Ponticelli; Loving grandfather of Gianna, Frank, Anthony, Lilianna and Bella; Dear son of the late Lydia and the late Frank Ponticelli and dear brother of the late Clarene Ponticelli. Proud graduate of Loyola University. Visitation Thursday August 27th from 3:00 - 8:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Funeral service begins Friday at 11:30 am at the funeral home proceeding to St. Paul of the Cross Church in Park Ridge for 12:30 pm Mass. Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
