Michael J. “Mickey” Margelewski 78. At Peace with Christ Monday, May 4, 2026. Beloved husband of the late Pam. Loving father of Bill and Michael (Cory). Beloved son of the late John and the late Virginia. Dear brother of Thomas (the late Lori), Gregory (Marla), Mary (Kevin Graham), Nancy (Richard) Ringler, the late Bobby (the late Cheryl Todde) the late Raymond and the late John (Cathy). Brother in law of Joe and the late Mark Laurix. Fond uncle and great uncle to many fond nephews and nieces. Mickey was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, at River Park, Il. Lodge 2578. He was awarded Fellowship Degree of Honor . He was an avid Chicago White Sox and Chicago Black Hawks fan. Visitation Thursday, May 7th from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Cumberland Chapels (FRIEL FUNERAL DIRECTORS) 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Funeral Services Begin: Friday 10:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home and will proceed to Our Lady Mother of the Church. Funeral Mass 11:00 A.M. Committal Service to follow at the Acacia Park Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers donations to the Les Turner ALS Foundation would be appreciated.
