Mary Stam, age 94, passed away on October 10, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Richard Stam. Loving mother of Lynn (Doug) Holbrook, Susan (Michael) Gilman and Joe (Julie) Stam. Dearest grandmother of Jake (Adrienne) Lewchenko, Mike (Kate) Gilman, Natalie Stam (Ryan Tabaldi), Celina Gilman, Lauren Stam and Matt Stam. Great grandmother of Thomas, William, Nora and Miles. Preceeded in death by her late siblings, Nick (Carmella) Devito and Lorraine (Clarence "Squibby") Sopko. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. In Lieu of flowers, go out to dinner and have a drink in Mary's memory. Memorial Visitation for Mary will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 12:30 pm until time of funeral service at 3:30 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. Interment will be private at Elmwood Cemetery in River Grove.
