Devoted mother of James (Emily) Morrissey, Kevin Morrissey, Bridget (Colin) Tracey, Sean (Elizabeth) Morrissey, and the late Patrick Morrissey. Beloved daughter of the late Richard and Virginia Russell. Cherished grandmother of Jack, Erin, Keira, Nora, Aidan, Owen, and Ben. Dear sister of Anne (Bob) Russell, Dan Russell, Tom (Lucindy) Russell, and the late Jim (Barb) Russell. Fond aunt of many. Mary was a devoted Catholic all her life, never wavering in her faith and commitment to God. She was a devoted Mother and Grandmother who ensured her family was always provided for even at the sacrifice of her own needs. There was never a moment she couldn’t be available for her family to offer poignant advice, a religious anecdote or just her steady presence. Visitation will be Monday, May 11, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge. Family and friends are invited to meet on Tuesday, May 12, at St. John Cantius Catholic Church, 825 N Carpenter St, Chicago, for Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt.
