Mary Kenevan, 91, beloved wife of 66 years of the late Edward Kenevan.
Mary was a devoted mother to her children the late Mary Jo Brown, Catherine (Mike Shanahan), Sue (John Orrico), Terri (Larry), Priscilla Ingolia (the late Mike Brambilla), Ed (Brooke), Jeanette Mason, Tony (Josephine) and Joe (Teresa).
Mary was adored by her grandchildren, Josh (Chantal), Matt (JingJing), Katie (DJ), Jamie (Justin), Jennifer, Mary, Joe, Kim (Tim), Bill, Jean, Marc, Jim (Lexi), Mike, Edward, Joseph and Jake Ryan and her great-grandchildren, Jackson, James, Sloane, Charlie, Jack, Jude, Kady, Ty, Audrey, Jayden, Gage, Hailey, Jane, and Michael.
Mary was the dear daughter of the late Albert J. Schorsch, Sr. and the late Catherine Tully Schorsch and the loving sister of the late Lt. Robert Schorsch, the late Margaret Steinhaus, the late infant Albert Schorsch, the late Ray Schorsch (the late Laverne), the late Dolores Wilber (the late Clyde), the late Albert J. Schorsch, Jr. (Cora), the late Catherine Most (the late Charles) and the late Patricia Mulica (the late Alvin). She was a caring aunt and great-aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was a dear friend to many.
Mary lived her life with a deep faith in God. She was selfless, patient and forgiving. She never failed to help and care for, with love and kindness, those who touched her life.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in honor of Mary.
Visitation for Mary will take place on Monday, February 5, 2024 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. Funeral Tuesday, beginning at the funeral home at 9:00 am and will then proceed to Our Lady, Mother of the Church for 10:00 am Mass. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in River Grove, Il.
