Mary Catherine Hickey passed away peacefully on Friday, September 18, 2026, at the age of 86. Loving mother of Pamela Bonfiglio, Bridget Mullarkey (Terrence), and Mary (Jeffrey) Berthlein. Cherished grandmother of Ryan and Joseph Mullarkey and Nicolas Berthlein. Dear cousin, aunt, and friend.Mary Catherine was preceded in death by her parents, Michael Hickey Jr. and Barbara (née Hufnagel) (Joseph) Kania; and her brother, Michael (Marie) Hickey III.
Interment was private at Saint Joseph Cemetery, River Grove, IL.
