Martin F. Nicketta, 89, of River Grove, U.S. Army WWII Veteran; Loving husband of the late Genevieve nee Nitti; Adored father of Charles (Margaret) Nicketta, Deborah (Dave) Chaplin, Pamela Levar and James (Sandra) Nicketta; Beloved grandfather 'Papa' to 8, great-grandfather to 12 and uncle to many. Dear brother of Marie Nitti, Rose Nicketta and the late Christine (the late Ernie) Brink and brother-in-law of Theresa (Bernard) Stranges and the late Michael Nitti. Martin was former treasurer of the St. Rocco Di Potenza Society. Visitation Thursday May 2nd from 3:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Funeral servcies begin Friday at 8:30 a.m. from the funeral home proceeding to St. Francis Borgia Church for 9:30 a.m. Mass. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery.
