Mariusz Drab

Mariusz "Mark" Drab, age 63, passed away unexpectedly at his home on September 1, 2022. Mariusz is the beloved husband of Marta, nee Kociolek, for 32 wonderful years; loving father of Melissa S. and Megan J. Drab; dearest son in law of Eva Mizerik; dear brother in law of Magdalena (John) Mietus and fond uncle of Natalie and Sara Mietus. Mariusz enjoyed watching sports and playing golf for many years of his life. He was the former president of Polonia Golf Club. His greatest love in life was his family—Mariusz was the biggest supporter of his daughters and a loving husband to his wife. He attended each of Megan and Melissa’s ice shows, dance and piano recitals, and school events with so much pride. Seeing his daughters go through dental school and experiencing the start of their careers with them was his biggest joy in recent years. Visitation Tuesday, September 6, 2022, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to Mary Seat of Wisdom Church in Park Ridge for Mass at 11:30 a.m. The entombment will follow at Maryhill Mausoleum in Niles.
