Mario M. Ricchio, 59, Harwood Heights Chief of Police; Loving husband of Debbie nee Wolfe; Devoted father of Nicole, Michael and Anthony Ricchio; Beloved son of Michele and Rachele Ricchio and son-in-law of Joseph and Betty Wolfe; Loving brother of Francine (Delfo) Bianchini and brother-in-law of Nick (Tricia) and Tom (Liz) Wolfe; Loving uncle of Jennifer, Joey, Eric, Kristina, Marc, Nicholas, Jimmy, Francesca and Boston; Cherished nephew of Gilda Morelli and Giovanni (Maria) Ricchio; Dearest friend to John DeVries and countless others. Longtime member of the Columbian Club of Chicago. Mario will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation will be Tuesday August 13th from 3 - 9 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Funeral services begin Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. from the funeral home proceeding to St. Eugene Church for 10:00 a.m. Mass.
