Marian Golonka

Marian Golonka, age 82, USMC Veteran and longtime Norridge resident passed away on January 27th surrounded by his loving family. Marian was the beloved husband of Leokadia 'Lola', nee Karbowski, for 57 wonderful years; loving father of Christina (Rev. Mr. Michael) Martini, Theresa (Richard) Manyik and the late Michael Golonka; cherished grandfather of Austin Martini; dear brother of Antonina (John) Jarzebski and Michael Golonka and fond uncle of many. Visitation Tuesday, January, 31, 2017, from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, at the funeral home, and we will then proceed to Divine Savior Church in Norridge for a funeral mass at 9:30 a.m. The interment will follow at Maryhill Cemetery in Niles.
