Maria Ricchio

Maria Francesca Ricchio, nee Ruffolo, age 89, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2022. Maria was the beloved wife of the late Ferdinando; loving mother of Joseph (Nancy) and the late John and Donald Ricchio; dearest daughter of the late Angela and Annunziato Ruffolo; cherished grandmother of Fredrick (Teresa), Peter (Jennifer) and Benjamin (Ryann) Ricchio; great grandmother of Natalie, Madison, Maxwell, Emery and Isabella. Maria was preceded in death by 4 siblings, and she was a fond aunt of many. Visitation Sunday, February 13, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, at the funeral home, and will proceed to St. Rosalie Church in Harwood Heights for Mass at 10:00 a.m. The entombment will follow at Christ the King Mausoleum within Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside.
