Maria Lombardo, nee Fricano, age 87, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2020. Maria was the beloved wife of the late Rosario; loving mother of Angela (the late Giovanni) Donancricchia, Francesca (Adam) Pancewicz; Maria (the late William) Bahr, Rose Lombardo, Philip (Colette) Lombardo, Vince (Carolyn) Lombardo, and the late Vincenzo Lombardo; dearest daughter of the late Francesca and Rosario Fricano; cherished grandmother of Lisa, Saverio, Maria, Kristy, Maegan, Kristen, Jen, Alec, Sam, Sophia, Nicholas and the late Adam; great grandmother of Katarina, Matthew, Angelina, Antonio, Giovanni, Massimo, Lauren, Danny, Emerson and Harlowe; dear sister of Rosario (Anna) Fricano and the late Giuseppe, Mariano and Andrea. Due to the current Covid19 outbreak all services are private. Please omit flowers. Entombment will be at All Saints Mausoleum in Des Plaines, IL. If you wish to join the funeral procession, you may arrive at the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, May 4, 2020. You may not exit your vehicle at the funeral home or the cemetery.
