Maria Gamboa (nee Jaquez) age 76, at rest suddenly on October 7, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Joaquin. Loving mother of Carmen Cripe and Jack (Gina) and Francisco (Kerry) Gamboa. Cherished grandmother of Alicia, Alexander, Andrew, Cristina, Isabella, Julia, Olivia and Tommy. Cherished daughter of the late Miguel and the late Maria Jaquez.. Dear sister of Socorro Gamboa, Gudelia Díaz and Margarita Regis. Fond aunt, cousin and friend to many. Visitation Sunday, October 10, 2021 from 2:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. Funeral Monday beginning at the funeral home at 8:30 a.m. at the funeral home and will then proceed to St. Edward Church in Chicago for 10:00 a.m. Mass. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in River Grove.
