Maria Rosa Calderone

Maria Rosa Calderone, nee Russotto, age 101, born in San Biagio Platani, Sicily, passed away at her home in Schiller Park, IL on February 6, 2021. Maria Rosa was the beloved wife of the late Stefano; loving mother of Francesco (Alberta), the late Rosalia Calderone, Gesua (Biagio) Brusca, Josephine (Frank) Fazio and Benny (Maria) Calderone; cherished grandmother of 10 and great grandmother of 11. She was a member of the Societa San Biagio Platani of Chicago. Visitation Wednesday, February 10, 2021, from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. We will then proceed to St. Beatrice Church in Schiller Park for a Mass at 12:00 noon. The entombment will follow at Immaculate Heart of Mary Mausoleum within All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
