Manuelita Padilla

Manuelita "Lita" Padilla (Gonzalez), age 90, passed away peacefully at her home on January 11, 2024. Lita was the beloved wife of the late Zeferino "John" Padilla; loving mother of Anthony (Kathleen) Padilla, Sandra Villarrubia, Sarita (Jack) Gonzalez, Robert (Kim) Padilla, Lisa (Richard) Torres, Raymond (Gisela) Padilla, the late Richard and the late Daniel Padilla; cherished grandmother of Nicole, Alexa, Robert, Alina, Kayli, Sydney, Maya, Camryn, Ghenna and Paz; great grandmother of Lita Grace; dear sister of Richard (the late Patricia) Gonzalez, the late Sadie (the late Armando) Marquez, the late Ralph (the late Gloria) Gonzalez and the late Josephine Maloney; fond aunt of many.

Visitation Monday, January 15, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Family and friends to gather on Tuesday at the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. for a funeral service beginning at 10:00 a.m. The interment will follow at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Evergreen Park.
