Lylerose Krol, beloved wife, mother, sister and friend passed away peacefully on Monday, October 7, 2024, surrounded by her loving husband and children. Known for her infectious smile and warm spirit, Lyle brightened every room she entered. Her kindness and generosity touched the lives of countless people. A dedicated community member, she actively participated in various groups and clubs, including dancing and dinner groups, her high school club group, New Beginnings chorus, and Mary, Seat of Wisdom Church. She and her husband Bill were fortunate to travel the world together on many adventures, including visiting numerous National Parks. Among her many passions, she was a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan. However, what she cherished most was her family. She spent countless hours cheering from the sidelines, in the bleachers and in theater seats, supporting her children and grandchildren over the years. She took great pride in attending their many graduations, Eagle ceremonies and other life milestones. Lyle was preceded in death by her parents, Sigmund and Louise Kraw; her sister, Charmian (Keith) Mott; and her grandson, Peter (Erin) Krol. She is survived by her husband, William Krol; her children, Jeffrey (Linda) Krol, Cathleen (Mario) Sangillo, Christopher Krol, and Janine (Scot) Hayden; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Sangillo (Lindsey Havko), Jillian (Chad) Funk, Kathryn (Michael) Remillard, Andrew (Eleni) Hayden, Kelly (Scott) Brunning, Jonathan (Paige) Hayden, William (Hilary) Krol, Alyson Hayden, Michael Sangillo, and Kaylee Hayden; and 15 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Karen Kraw. Lyle will be greatly missed, but her legacy and the love she shared will continue to live on in our hearts and memories forever. The visitation and funeral service will be held on Thursday October 17th, 2024, at Mary, Seat of Wisdom Catholic Church, 1352 S. Cumberland, Park Ridge, IL. Visitation will begin at 10:00am followed by a Mass at 11:00am. A luncheon will follow at the Park Ridge Country Club.
