Lottie Augustyn

Lottie Augustyn, nee Witek, age 94 passed away on May 19 surrounded by her loving family. Lottie was the beloved wife of the late John; loving mother of Ted (Bernice) Augustyn; cherished grandmother of Jennifer L. (the late John) Minelli and Mark J. Augustyn; great grandmother of Bradley J. Augustyn; dear sister of the late John Witek, Mary Chojnowski and Antoszia Polterek; fond aunt of many. Lottie was a member of the Polish National Alliance. Visitation Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral Services will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to St. Rosalie Church for Mass at 10:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at St. Adalbert Mausoleum.
