Leszek Rybak, Age 62, Passed away March 26, 2021 in Chicago, IL. Visitation Sunday April 11 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Family and friends to meet for the Mass of Christian Burial on Monday April 12, 5:00 p.m. at St. Francis Borgia Church, 8033 W. Addison, Chicago. Interment will be held privately at Maryhill Cemetery in Niles.

We kindly ask that you quickly exit the funeral home after paying your respects to the family so that all visitors have an opportunity to enter.
