Leslie Jajko, Passed away Thursday September 29, 2016 at the age of 68. Leslie was an Army Veteran during the Vietnam War. Loving husband of Teresa (nee Dul). Loving father of Debbie (Frank) Swierczynski and Christopher (Anne) Jajko. Proud grandfather of Tessa, Joey, Dominic, Nicolas and Michael. Dear brother of Trudy (Joseph) Nowak and Christine Piotrowski. Fond uncle of Mark (Kathleen) Nowak and Tanya Piotrowski and dear friend to many. Visitation Sunday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge. Il. Funeral Monday beginning at the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. and then proceeding to St. Francis Borgia Church for 10:30 a.m. Mass. Interment will follow at Maryhill Cemetery in Niles.
