Leopold Prasal

Leopold "Leo" Prasal, age 94, passed away on April 16th surrounded by his loving family. Leopold was the beloved husband of the late Genowefa, nee Szewczyk; loving father of Barbara (John) Hazlett and Christina (Ziggy) Sapieja; cherished grandfather of Mandy (Ryan) Murphy, Jonathan (Emily) Hazlett, Michael and Ashley (Matt Mayer) Sapieja; great grandfather of Bradley, Tyler and Jemma; dear brother of Wacek (Lodzia) and Stefan (Ala) Prasal and the late Helen and Janina; fond uncle of many. In Lieu of flowers, donations to: The Alzheimer's Association www.alz.org would be appreciated. Visitation will be Friday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to Our Lady, Mother of the Church for Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery.
