Lawrence 'Larry' E. Merkelz, 73, passed away December 26, 2024. Vietnam Veteran. Beloved son of the late Arthur and Eleanore Merkelz. Dear brother of Arthur (Dorothy) Merkelz Jr, the late Richard Merkelz Sr., the late Kathleen Merkelz, Daniel (Rhea) Merkelz, and Edward Merkelz. Fond uncle of many. Visitation will be Friday, January 3, from 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at St. Celestine Catholich Church, Elmwood Park.
