Smotrys, age 65, suddenly, beloved son of the late Carl and Helen Smotrys; loving brother of Louie, Susie (John) Wick, Joan (Jim) Opoka and MaryAnne (Phil) Jackson; devoted uncle of Steve (Lauren) Smotrys, Jenny (late John) Jaloway, Michael (Jessica) Smotrys, Megan Wick, Brian (Donna) Opoka, Amy Opoka, Jason (Morgan) Opoka, Katy (Brian) Dolezal, Christy, Kelly and Brittany Jackson, and the late Erin Wick; great-uncle of 14. Visitation Monday, March 27th from 3:00 to 9:00 P.M. at Cumberland Chapels (FRIEL FUNERAL DIRECTORS) 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Funeral Services Begin : Tuesday, March 28th 9:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home and will proceed to Mary Seat of Wisdom Church , Park Ridge. Funeral Mass 10:00 A.M.. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
