Larry LaRiviere, age 76, U.S. Navy Veteran, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2025, with his family by his side. Larry was the beloved husband of the late Janis "Punky" (nee Anderson); loving father of Jason and Amy (Jorge Rivera) LaRiviere; dear son of the late Lillian (nee Kennedy) and the late Lyle LaRiviere; cherished grandfather of Jake and Michael "Mikey" Schnoebelen, and dearest brother of Lynn Luloh.
Larry was the former Fire Chief of the Village of River Grove, the Battalion Chief for Lincolnwood, and began his career as a Paramedic and Firefighter in Franklin Park.
Visitation Friday, March 7, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. All Services will conclude with Navy Military Honors on Friday, and the interment will be private. For more information call (708)456-8300
