Beloved husband of the late Teresa Plaza nee Szustakiewicz; loving father of Miro (Anita) Plaza and the late Elizabeth (Mark) Fajks; beloved son of Franciszek (Kazimiera) Plaza; fond grandfather of Tatyana, Darius, Victoria (Ryan), Margaret (Richard), Paul (Kaitlin), Isabelle (Donald); the great grandfather of Lennox, Levi, and Carson; dear brother of the late Irena Lange. Visitation Saturday, June 27 9:00 am to 10:30 am at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge. Funeral Service Saturday 10:30 am at the funeral home proceeding to St. Eugene Church for 11:00 am Mass. Burial will be at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
