Kathleen A. Adkins, 75, passed away April 16, 2023. Beloved mother of William (Kerri) Adkins. Loving grandmother of Gillian Adkins. Dear sister of Barbara (John) Keeler. Fond aunt of William John Blevins. Kathleen was a Clerk III for 25 years for the Chicago Fire Department. Visitation will be Friday, April 21, from 3:00 p.m .until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge. Funeral services will begin on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home, then proceed to Immaculate Conception Church, Chicago, for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Family and friends are invited to meet at St. Mary Cemetery, Evergreen Park, at 12:45 p.m. for the Committal Service, which will be held in the cemetery chapel.
