Karl H. Schroeder, 75, at rest March 19, 2024. Beloved husband of Diane for 30 wonderful years. Loving father of Karl (Christina) Schroeder II, David Schroeder, Rebecca Schroeder, Mira Schroeder. Dear son of the late Floyd and Lorraine Schroeder. Beloved grandfather of Karl and Amelia. Dear brother of Sister Caritas Wehrman, the late Ronald (the late Beth) Wehrman, and the late Lois (Gary) Payton, Wayne (Cary) Schroeder; brother-in-law of Steven (Dorothy) Kernan and Patricia (Michael) O’Hara. Fond uncle to many. Long time member of Addison Street Community Church, and Kiwanis International; served over 20 years on the Lane Tech High School Local School Council. Visitation will be Sunday, March 24, from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge. Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Irving Park Cemetery. Info: 708-456-8300
