Julia Parkinson

Julia M. Parkinson (nee Hanna) age 92, passed away on September 8, 2025. Julia was born in Chicago Illinois on August 31, 1933 to the late James and Atena Hanna. Beloved wife of the late William Parkinson for 51 years. Loving mother of William (Beverly) Parkinson, Christie (Rick) Stochl, Michele Brashears and the late Edward Parkinson and Thomas Parkinson. Dearest grandmother of 14 and many great grandchildren. Julia was preceeded in death by her siblings George Hanna, Marie (Mike) Niziolek and Lillian Hanna. Sister-in-law of Barbara Hanna and aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Julia will take place on Saturday, September 13, 2025 from 9:30 am until time of Funeral Mass at 10:30 am at Holy Virgin Martyrs Parish at St. Beatrice Church 4157 Atlantic Ave, Schiller Park, IL 60176. Interment will be private at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, Illinois.
