Jozef Staszel, age 75, passed away suddenly on March 19, 2019. Jozef was the beloved husband of Antonina, nee Truchan; loving father of Aniela (Jozef) Slaodyczka, Andrzej (Wladyslawa) Staszel and Marysia (Jan) Staszel; beloved son of the late Bronislawa and Mateusz Staszel; cherished grandfather of Maria, Stanislaw, John, Anna, Andy, Zofia, Katarzyna, Jozef, Jozef, Stanislaw, Krzystof and Adam; great grandfather of 14; dearest brother of Wladyslaw, Andrzej, Katarzyna, bronislawa and Anna; fond uncle of many. Visitation Friday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to St. Francis Borgia Church for Mass at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Maryhill Cemetery.
