Jozef Piton

Jozef Piton, age 89, passed away on September 24, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Jozef was the beloved husband of the late Bronislawa, nee Landowska, for 63 wonderful years; loving father of Maria (Wladyslaw) Lenart, Jan (Maria) Piton, Anna (Stanislaw) Kulach, Walter (Teresa) Piton, Krystyna Conway, Joe (Helen), Stanislaw (Patricia), Tadeusz (Ashley) and Robert (Nicole) Piton; cherished grandfather of 27 and great-grandfather of 16; dear brother of the late Maria Solarczyk and Jan Piton and brother in-law of Maria Lenart; fond uncle of many. Visitation Wednesday and Thursday from 3:00p.m. until 9:00p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services will begin at 9:30a.m. on Friday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to St. Stanislaus Bishop & Martyr Church for a Mass at 11:00a.m. Interment to follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
