Jozef Garb, age 67, at rest on June 30, 2020. Beloved husband of Katarzyna (nee Rypel). Loving father of John (Jane), Andy (Danuta) and Joseph Garb. Devoted son of the late Jan and the late Anna (nee Pudzisz) Garb. Cherished Dziadek of A.J., Kathryn, Maya and William. Dear brother of Janina (the late Stanislaw )Truchan, Stanislaw Garb, Kazimierz (Teresa) Garb, Jozefa (Jozef) Rudzinski, Maria (Zbzislaw) Bachula, Grazyna (Gregorz) Wieczorek. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Sunday, July 5, 2020 from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. Funeral Monday, beginning at the funeral home at 9:30 a.m and will then proceed to St. Thomas Becket Church in Mt. Prospect for 11:00 a.m. Mass. Interment will follow at Maryhill Cemetery in Niles, Il. Due to the current health guidelines we are limited to 50 attendees at a time. Your health and safety is the family’s priority and you have their full understanding if you cannot attend the visitation. If you attend the visitation, we kindly ask that you quickly exit the funeral home after paying your respects to the family so that all visitors have an opportunity to enter. Please wear masks (none provided by family or funeral home) and use proper social distancing. The funeral will also be limited to 50 people at the funeral home, the church and the cemetery.
