Buriegi, 74; U.S. Air Force Veteran; Beloved husband of Dolores nee Thorson; Loving father of Sandra Lynn (Gary) Oertli and Deborah Ann Welsh and grandfather of Leah and Amy; Dear brother of Dolores (Frank) Messina, the late Lorraine (the late Warren) Erdmann and the late Phillip Buriegi, a Purple Heart Recipient who passed away in WWII combat; Loving uncle to many. Visitation Monday May 18th from 4 - 9 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Funeral service will take place Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
