Joseph Scianna

Joseph Paul Scianna, age 98, United States Army Air Force Veteran of WWII passed away peacefully on February 6, 2024. Joseph was the beloved husband of the late Bonita "Bonnie", nee Steffen; loving father of Joseph P., Jr. (Naomi), Anthony J. (Barbara) Scianna, Richard R. (Michelle) Scianna, Kathleen S. Doherty and the late Patrick L. Scianna and the late Ruth M. Scianna; cherished grandfather of Megan, Mary Kate, Jarrett, Travis, MacKenzie, Joseph, Benjamin, Jacob, Bailey and the late Patrick; dear brother of the late Carl, Ann, Gertrude, Marjorie, Mary, Frances, James and Anthony, and he was a fond uncle of many.



Visitation Saturday, February 17, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. until the time of an 11:30 a.m Funeral Service at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Services will conclude at the funeral home on Saturday, and the burial will be on Monday, February 19, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. at Elmhurst Cemetery in Joliet, IL. For more information call (708)456-8300.
