Joseph P. Scala, 74, passed away July 1, 2021. Beloved husband of Kathleen for 53 wonderful years. Loving father of Gina Scala and Debbie (Neil) Zanfardino. Loving grandfather of Anthony ‘TJ’ and Angelina. Cherished son of the late Joseph and Marie Scala. Dear brother of the Ronald (the late Diana) Scala, the late Alfonso Scala, and the late Virginia (Leonard) Stoga. Visitation will be Thursday, July 8, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge. Funeral services will begin on Friday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home, then proceed to St. Beatrice Catholic Church, Schiller Park, for Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment private.
