Joseph Perrone

Joseph “Peppie” Perrone Jr., age 90, at rest on March 10, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Rose Mary (nee Amoroso), for 66 years. Loving father of Pauline Perrone and Rosanna (the late William) Babicz; Beloved son of the late Joseph and the late Frances (nee Leggio) Perrone. Cherished grandfather of William (Christine), Christopher and Matthew Babicz, and Joseph loved his grandpups Pepper, Sahara, Cody, Nikko and Mack very much. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, the late Serio (Marie) Perrone, Peter (Josephine) Perrone, Philip Perrone, Frances Perrone and Tony (Mary) Gomez and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place on Friday March 12, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge. Funeral Saturday, beginning at the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. and then proceed to St. Frances Borgia Church for 10:30 a.m. Mass. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in River Grove. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer’s Association www.ALZ.org.

We kindly ask that you quickly exit the funeral home after paying your respects to the family so that all visitors have an opportunity to enter. Please wear masks and practice proper social distancing. Until further notice, the coffee room is not available for use. Please refrain from bringing food or beverage into the funeral home.
