Joseph Milio

Joseph Edward Milio, age 85, Retired C.P.D., passed away on December 21, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Joseph was the beloved husband of Rose M., nee Carone, for 63 wonderful years; loving father of Sgt. John C.P.D. (Anna) Milio, Janice (Ed) Grapenthien, MaryJo (James) Jones, Joseph Milio, Sylvia (Robert) Kemp, James and Jeffrey (Jeff Hartzell) Milio; dearest son of the late Irene and John Migliaccio; cherished grandfather of Carly Sup, Katie (Marty) Durcan, Kelly (John) Buonicotti, Zachary Jones, Cory Grapenthien, Rebecca and Madeleine Kemp, Tyler Jones and Jesse Milio and great-grandfather of Ellie Sup; beloved brother of Michael Milio and the late Julia (the late Edwin) Szatkowski; fond uncle of many. Joseph was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, a lifelong Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears fan, and a lover of animals, but most of all he was a devoted family man.
