Joseph Michal

Joseph L. Michal, age 91, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2022, with his family at his side. Joseph is the beloved husband of June M., nee Shimek, for 67 wonderful years; loving father of Catherine R. (Michael) Kelly and Gary J. (Tammi) Michal; dearest son of the late Janine and Frank Michal; cherished grandfather Michael (Kelly) Kelly, Heather (Mark) Infante, Matthew and Kristen Michal; great grandfather of Jordan and Jonathan; dear brother of the late Florence Anderson and the late Dorothy (the late Homer) Clark; fond uncle of many. Joe was the "First Gentleman" of the Harwood Heights Senior's Club for 6 years, he was also a volunteer with R.S.V.P. at Triton College and Meals on Wheels. Memorial Visitation Tuesday, August 30, 2022, from 9:30 a.m. until the Memorial Mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Rosalie Catholic Church 4401 N. Oak Park Ave., Harwood Heights, IL.
