Joseph R. Melone age 95, at rest on September 22, 2021. Joseph was a veteran in the United States Army during WW II. Beloved husband of Evangeline (ne Viti). Loving father of Joann (Tom) Ginoza, Carol Hills, Michael (Kelly) Melone, Mary (Kevin) Skweres and the late Joseph Jr. Cherished grandfather and great grandfather of many grandchildren. Dear brother of Rose (Hank) Leja, Vera (Larry) Marley and late Adolph (Jenny) Melone, Jean (Frank) Monaco, May (Lester) Cognac and John (Mina) Melone. Fond uncle, cousin and friend to many. Visitation Monday, Sept. 27, 2021 from 11:00 until time of funeral service at 12:30 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge. Interment will be private.
