Joseph H. Kasper, age 89, U.S. Navy WWII, passed away on July 11, 2016. Joseph was the beloved husband of the late Carole; loving father of Janice (the late Joseph) Lombardi and the late Bill. cherished grandfather of Gina Shrewsbury, April Cissell, Joseph and Joel (Lora) Lombardi, Kerri (Robert) Burns and Keli (Ken) Phillippo; great grandfather and great great grandfather of many; dear brother of 15; fond uncle of many.
