Joseph Congiusti

Joseph Congiusti, 97, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2021. He will be reunited in heaven with his wife of 57 years, Evelyn (nee Loundy), his son Joseph, and parents Bruno & Elizabeth. Joe is survived by his children; Lizbeth “Chee Chee” Congiusti, Lauren “Chickie” (Jim) Zubert, Dominic “Mickey” Congiusti and Claudia Marren, along with his many grand and great grandchildren. Joe was a WWII veteran who went on to work in the liquor industry. He was a great cook and would make “gravy” for anyone who asked. The family would like to thank all his caregivers at Fellowship Square in Mesa Arizona. Family and friends will gather Saturday, October 30th for a visitation from 8:30-10:00 a.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence, Norridge. We will then proceed to Divine Savior Church, 7740 W. Montrose Ave., Norridge,IL for Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
