Joseph Coglianese

Joseph F. Coglianese, age 65, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2023. Joe was the dearest son of Theresa, nee Sanchez, and the late Ronald W. Coglianese, Sr.; beloved brother of Consuelo (David) Kuzera, Anna (James) Cornwall and Ronald W. Jr. (Nicole) Coglianese; loving companion of Laura Benitez; cherished uncle of Emma and Joseph Kuzera, Christine Cornwall, Anthony (Bojana) and Brian (Danielle) Coglianese, Leigh (Brandon) McConnell and Allison (Peter) Coglianese. Joseph F. "Joe" graduated as a Lieutenant from St. Johns Military Academy "Class of 76" in Delafield, WI and later became a member of the Old Boys Alumni Association of St. Johns, he loved Chicago sports especially the Blackhawks. He liked to play darts, and had been affectionately know by his nicknames "Congo" and "Flash" In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society at, http://donate.cancer.org.



A memorial visitation will be Saturday, September 23, from 12:30 p.m. until the time of a 3:00 p.m. service at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. The interment will be private at St. Adalbert Cemetery. For more information call (708)456-8300.
