John Wozniak, Age 94. Passed away March 26, 2021 at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge. Beloved husband of Louise (nee Boruta). Loving father of Jacqueline (Frank A.) Kolodziejczyk and Cathy (John) Sobczak. Cherished grandfather of Frankie Kolodziejczyk and Joey (Anya Kulas) Sobczak. Dear brother of the late Artie Wozniak. Fond uncle of many.
