John R. Ortiz, Age 76. Devoted husband of Katherine nee Smith. Beloved father of Diana Wittman and Larry Ortiz. Loving grandfather of Barbara, Holly, Michael, Larry, Nona, John and Joshua. Great grandfather of Johnny, Allison, Patty, Timothy, Emily, Julianna and Jacob. Dear brother of Joseph (Marie) Ortiz and the late Mary Alvarez. Fond uncle and great uncle of many nieces and nephews. Memorial visitation will begin Sunday July 19th, at 1:00 p.m. and will continue until time of service at 4:30 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL.
