Jakubosky, 85, retired C.P.D.; Beloved husband of the late MaryJane; Loving father of Sheila (Tom) Pomagier, Eileen Partipilo (Nick Sorrentino), Mary (Ron) Pomagier, Theresa (Louis) Ferrante; Proud grandfather of Tom (Joanna), John (Jenny), Phil (Karolina) and Christopher (Alyssa) Pomagier, Jenn (Christian) Spandiary, Anthony (Samantha) Ferrante, Michelle Ferrante, Heather and Michael Partipilo and great-grandfather of Nolan, Claire, Miles, Liliana, Jack and Ella; Dear brother of Thomas (the late Effie) Jakubosky, the late James (Helen) Jakubosky, the late Sheila (the late Ray) Pounders, the late Michael (the late Shirley) Jakubosky and the late Gerald (Belle) Jakubosky; Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday Jan. 7th from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Following the visitation, we will proceed to Our Lady of Victory Church for 12:00 noon Mass.
