John C. Falbo age 25, passed away on Saturday April 16, 2016. John is the loving son of Karen (nee Majka) and the late Carmen R. Falbo Jr. Dear brother of Michael (Lupita Fernandez) Falbo. Fond grandson of Pauline Colasuono. Stepson of Robert St. Hilaire. Nephew of Christopher (Lisa) Falbo and Michael (Sophie) Falbo and cousin to many. Memorial mass will be celebrated on Saturday April 23, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel at St. Francis Borgia Parish located on Addison St. just west of Forest Preserve Drive in Chicago. 8033 W Addison St, Chicago, IL 60634.
