John Augelli

John A. Augelli, Age 67, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 28, 2024.  John was the beloved husband of Karen Iacullo Augelli who recently passed away. He resided in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, a place he loved and where he always wanted to retire. He is survived by his two children, John    and Nina and one granddaughter; three step children Anthony (Amy), Ashly (Mathew), and Aaron (Parish) and two step grandchildren; his mother, Mary Augelli; his sisters Diane Schunke, Mary Ann Ford and Darlene Danielson; his brother, Joseph Augelli; his nephew Brad (Rielly) Lawry and great nieces Palmer and Campbell; and many cousins. John was an excellent cook and loved to make delicious foods to share (and eat himself!). He liked to keep busy and fiddled around with things; however, technology was not his strong suit. He had a big heart and loved doing things for others. He was a kind friend to many. He cared deeply for family, never failing weekly contacts with his aged mother. John loved to talk and playfully joke around. He certainly had the gift of gab, sometimes making it hard to get a word in edgewise. He is loved and forever in our hearts.
