Joanne M Orrico

Joanne (Joan Kalinowski) Orrico of Norridge, passed away on Friday, January 23rd, 2026 at the age of 91. She was born on April 18th, 1934 and was raised in Chicago. Joan was a beloved wife of Pasquale (Pat) Orrico for almost 60 years; Dedicated mother of Larry (Ranae Yockey) and Laura (Peter Catalano); Loving grandmother (“gramcracker”) of Bianca (Dave Prentis), Marissa, Chaz, and Rachelle, Burger King’s best drive thru employee and a great friend to many. She was preceded in death by her husband Pat Orrico, parents, Leo and Marie Kalinowski, and her siblings, James and Jerome (Diane) Kalinowski. Although we will miss Joan dearly, she lived a wonderful life filled with joy and was ready to reunite with Pat after 5 years apart.

Visitation for Joanne will take place on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il.  Funeral Wednesday, January 28, 2026, friends and family are asked to meet at St. William Church 2600 N. Sayre Ave., Chicago for a Visitation from 10:00 am until time of funeral Mass beginning at 11:00 a.m.  The entombment will follow at All Saints Indoor Mausoleum in Des Plaines.
